Leo is an experienced trainer and coach. In addition to his theoretical baggage, he has a large dose of practical experience, which he likes to share with others. He likes to use his know-how in guiding management teams to better performance. He also provides training in communication skills, conflict management and leadership. He worked for more than 20 years in various management positions for large profit organisations.

Leo holds a Master in Business Psychology from the Free University of Brussels and a Postgraduate in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Leuven. He also holds an MBTI license and practitioner diploma in NLP.
