Social Psychologist and PhD in Management Sciences, Lucy Van Hove teaches Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at Université Libre de Bruxelles.

She is a certified Coach (PCC level – International Coaching Federation), coach trainer and coach supervisor in various universities and coaching academies.

As a professional coach, Lucy supports managers and entrepreneurs in the development of their leadership, assertiveness, emotional agility, resilience, personal efficiency and work-life balance. She also coaches individuals in their career and life transitions.

Lucy works with an integrative and evidence-based coaching approach, translating the latest scientific research in various domains (psychology, neurosciences, organizational development, mindfulness, nutrition and physiology) into practical guidance in order to offer high-performance coaching to her clients. Her mission is to help them achieve their professional and personal goals with efficiency, excellence, joy and high energy, to align with their values, and lead a meaningful and fulfilling life.

She consults in French and English at C- and senior levels in various sectors and organizational settings: large organizations (telecom, banking, transport, energy and utilities, pharmaceutical industry, …), non-profit organizations, public administrations, NGOs, SMEs and self-employed entrepreneurs.
