Background & Expertise
Hanne holds a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences with a background in Applied Psychology. She has more than 15 years of experience in HR, talent development and leadership coaching. She has worked in various contexts – from multinationals to local government and SMEs – and therefore knows better than anyone how different working environments can be. This broad experience makes her a thoughtful and flexible HR partner, with keen insight into both people and organisations.

Hanne coaches both managers and employees in their professional growth. Her focus is on strengthening leadership, collaboration and personal effectiveness. She specialises in assessing potential and guiding development processes. As a certified senior assessor, she conducts assessments and supports organisations in making informed talent decisions. She always works in a tailored manner, in close consultation with the team and management.
